Hartford United SC has shown both success and growth over  the years; with that comes the need for additional qualified coaches to join  our staff. If you are interested in joining our professional staff of  licensed coaches one of the requirements is that you have earned the appropriate  licensing.  Coaches are also required to be team players, meaning they will support Hartford United SC, the coaching staff, club policies and our club approach to player and team development. Additionally, all Hartford United Soccer Club select coaches will be required to conduct structured, progressive  practices following USSF or NSCAA methodology at all age levels.

All current Hartford United Soccer Club staff coaches are  strongly encouraged to attend clinics/coaching schools at least once a year at  club cost; approved ahead of time by the Director of Coaching.
